The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the vehicle started to lose motive power with the check engine warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact observed a grinding noise emanating from the engine compartment, and a message appeared that the transmission had failed.
The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V478000 (Power Train) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.

Driving on the interstate and heard 2-3 loud pops, car was in motion and loss power and would not accelerate. The engine started to misfire at 39,427 miles in which my warranty had just expired a month prior to the issue I took the vehicle to a mechanic and he determined the spark plug was breaking due to a engine malfunction from the manufacture and that coolant was mixing with the oil.
