Was Halter berichten
Kurze Auszüge aus NHTSA-Beschwerden im Original (Englisch). Aussagen der Halter, von der NHTSA nicht geprüft; persönliche Daten entfernt.
The vehicle experienced two separate incidents of severe unintended acceleration and brake failure. Incident 1: The vehicle was parked in regenerative braking mode. It aggressively accelerated forward on its own, and the brakes failed to respond, taking several minutes to stop.
Not even 2 months from vehicle being purchased had to replace 2 tires and then 5 months later tire comes completely of the axel while driving on a highway and caused an accident were vehicles was declared total
However, my car immediately flashed the Yellow warning "Restraint system." along with RED highlighting both the seatbelts and airbags. I called Mini USA as instructed. Mini USA said "That warning should go away a few hours after calling. If you see no damage then it should be fine.
Vehicle exhibits persistent, intermittent failure of Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay connectivity. Phone fails to pair, drops all connection mid-drive (all displays including speed, navigation, etc go dead), and disconnects active calls and navigation prompts during operation.
The vehicle experienced intermittent electrical failures, including screen blackouts/reboots during startup and while driving. These events affected visibility of vehicle information and settings. The drive mode selector malfunctioned, limiting the ability to select Eco, Normal, Sport, or Off-Road modes.
At low speeds and during final braking load, the vehicle produces a distinct clunk/release sensation, as if braking force is abruptly released just before stopping. This creates an unexpected weight-shift and inconsistent stopping behavior.
The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V104000 (ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC), SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC) however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
Daily numerous warning alerts that the “Reduced Driver Assisantce - Forward Collision Mitigation, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Parking Collision Warning and many more would constantly flash. 2 weeks in the shop and a camera was replaced. The warnings still continue.
