What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
Autocar xpeditor has issues with "dead pedal." meaning that when the gas is pressed and the vehicle is in motion the fuel delivery stops and the motor stalls, sometimes causing the truck to shut off but not always. The dead pedal always causes the truck to roll backwards unexpectedly.
Our entire new fleet of trucks, to my knowledge, have a severe stalling issue. While working from the work side of the vehicle, the engine stalls out down to idle while under any level of throttle.
