The first incident with the air conditioning made the power steering to fail, the second incident is the motor for the windshield wipers keeps working on and off.
While driving left rear (bridgestone dueler apt lt215/75r15) tire experienced tire separation, driver was unable to control the vehicle and oversteered to the left lane causing vehicle to rotate in a counter-clockwise direction, going across the north bound lanes, then driving up on the raised concrete barrier and then…
Currently, these tires are not on the recall list, but they should be investigated and added. All four tires had belt separation at the same time. (tiresize: p255/70r15)( dot number: tire size: p255/70r15 )

Fiberglass bed cover sold by leonard buildings and truck accessories [address] raleigh, [ZIP]. Heavy (100+ lbs) cover held on by two flimsy aluminum hinges. I found that one hinge had cracked completely and the other one part way.
Left drivers side seat guide rail has broken in half, seat adjuster assym. Failed a part.
This was a nhtsa campaign #95v246000. The dealer I took the truck to for the recall fixed the drivers seat at I believe 60000 miles. I don't think they did anything to the passenger's seat.
The dashboard design is such that extreme glare results during morning and evening driving periods.
