What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
Headlight, high and low beams, failed. Seems to be due to melted plastic in connector box in right front of vehicle.
I have not modified the bike in any way that would affect the tank and the fuel pump or the fuel flange) these tanks with the same kind!!! I am worried this bike is not safe.
Fuel began leaking from around the fuel pump flange at the base of the tank. This drip is next to an exhaust header pipe onto the rear of the engine block. Upon investigation it became clear that the plastic tank has deformed (warped) around the flange, opening a gap for fuel to drip rapidly from the tank.
When owners complained
