What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
The rear brake repeatedly fails presumably due to air in the system. I have had the brake bled 6 times now since september 2010 (4 times by the service dealer). Once the brake is bled it fails again after approximately 200 miles.
Engine stalling issues while in motion. This problem is since july 2010. The manufacturer released a couple of engine mapping updates which did not solve the problem. I currently have the latest ecu mapping on the motorcycle, but still have issues.
I have had two episodes of the motorcycle stalling on a 2010 ducati multistrada when coming to a stop. This had been reported by some motorcycle magazine testers as well.
