Failure of tire. Sidewall separation. Tires were oem on a 2015 model. Second failure. First occurred on 05/26/2016, same tires / brand. Tire conditions; I.e. Pressure, side wall and tread wear conditions were checked prior to departure.
When I run the air conditioner, and the hot water heater on propane, the carbon monoxide fumes are coming into the rv and causing the unit to fill with carbon monoxide. I had a tech looking at it but could not find the cause. The manufacturer is not help yet.
We continued about 10 miles on i25 when the rear driver?s side tire thread separated and blew out. This was within an hour of the first tire failure. We were traveling at 60 mph and were able to pull onto the shoulder of the road and call forest river curbside service assistance.
