While driving consumer applied the brakes and pedal went to the floor. The steering wheel shook uncontrollably. Consumer was able to maintain control of the vehicle, and drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection. Mechanic determined that brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced.

All four tires were flat and wire was sticking out from the sidewall. The driver had the vehicle towed to the dealer for an analysis and they replaced all of the tires due to broken valve stems. The second tire failure showed signs of extreme center tire wear.
