At approximately 11:00 pm on january 04, 2004 I was heading east bound on interstate [address] at the orange grove exit. As I approached the orange grove intersection I proceeded on a green light to make a left onto orange grove.
When he hit my car, I was knocked across the highway and ended up in the median pointing west, I did a complete 180 degree turn, the whole drivers side was damaged, the glass shattered in onto me, my seatbelt failed to retract and my side airbag did not deploy.
We were sold a lemon vehicle from evans motors located at 112 w st john st, girard ks by eddie walsh. We have had the vehicle now for a little over 1 month. The back brakes went out, the front brakes went out as my son was driving the vehicle and the brake pads went flying.
Purchase a 2000 infinity from a car dealer with out air bags and without the diagnostic computer/equipment.
While starting up the vehicle a loud noise came from front. Consumer took the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that the starter needed to be replaced. But consumer was responsible to pay for parts and labor.
Consumer states for the past 2 years there has been an ongoing problem with a rotten egg/sulfur smell coming out of the exhaust, consumer has taken vehicle to the dealership at least 3 times to try and get the problem resolved, consumer has been told that the wrong type of gas was being used, that there was no smell,…
Sulfur/eggy smell coming from exhaust system. Vehicle taken to dealership on numerous occassions (4 times) with no resolution. Complaints filed with bbb, and infiniti customer service. I want the problem fixed or I want to use the lemon law and get my money back. A letter was also sent to the nhtsa.
The a/c would not work when turned on this yr. Took it to dealer and was told a rock hit the condenser and put a hole in it. Was told that that is not covered by the warranty. First of all, if it only takes a rock to put a hole in the condenser, that is definantly a design flaw. Rocks are everywhere on the hiways.
