The vehicle's engine began to turn without the ignition key in place. The starter was ruined before attempts to disengage power to the starter were successful. The mechanic who replaced the starter believes the cause was water infiltration of bussman box where engine starter fuses and relays are located.
Motor home is new. Windshields wipers were turned on during a rain storm. On the first sweep both wiper arms extended too far to the left.
