The contact stated that while reversing, there was no warning light illuminated or safety features activated, causing the vehicle to crash into two other vehicles. The rear end of the vehicle was damaged. The vehicle stopped after crashing into the other vehicles. No property damage was reported.
No warning lights illuminated. The driverâs and passengerâs side air bags did not deploy. There was no property damage. A police report was filed. The contact sustained injuries to his hand, neck, and back, and his 2 children sustained general body pain.
We were rear ended by a driver under the influence. Upon impact the driver front seat and passenger front seat reclined down. We are unaware if this is a safety issue. However, we feel that we sustained additional injuries because of the seats reclining .
When regenerative braking is active brake lights do not turn on causing vehicles behind you to come extremely close. The vehicle has extremely strong regenerative breaking. That should activate the brake lights.
The contact stated that the failure recurred where the lane assist was turned on by default and it would automatically move the steering wheel. On another occasion, the contact stated that a coworker was driving at unknown speeds with his family, the vehicle crashed into a pole, then a tree where it came to a stop.
The vehicle exhibits a severe, structural inability to retain its factory suspension and steering alignment specifications under normal driving conditions, creating a severe tire blowout and safety hazard.
25V559, involving a software update to address issues with the Lane Keeping Assist {LKA) system. The notice states that this update should take approximately five (5) hours to complete. Despite this, I have been waiting for over three months to obtain an appointment for this recall service.
Warning messages appeared on the dashboard stating âElectric Motor Power Reducedâ and âDriver Monitoring System Inoperative.â The vehicle lost normal propulsion power without warning.
