What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
The fuel pump unpredictably stops working and renders the vehicle unable to move. The fuel pump cut out on me at a traffic light, and I was unable to restart the scooter. This created a very dangerous situation for me on a 3 lane divided highway. The fuel pump has cut out on me in traffic more than 10 times.
Appears to run out of gas and stalls while in operation. This is a scooter with only 160 miles on it. In the middle of traffic, it stalls! Very unsafe! Almost got hit by an 18 wheeler! On the side of the road, the fuel pump is not working. Turn on the key, no fuel pump noise. Therefore, no gas!

What to check before buying
