The contact stated that the air bags did not deploy. A Police report was filed. The contact sustained injuries to the chest, forehead, and neck. The contact was taken by ambulance to the hospital to seek medical attention. The vehicle was towed; however, the vehicle was deemed a total loss.
The side airbags and the steering wheel airbag did not deploy. This resulted in a C2 nondisplaced neck fracture plus other pain likely from sub clinical rib fractures. This problem has been confirmed by an independent service center. It has been inspected by the police and insurance representatives.
The air bags failed to deploy. The contact was injured and had to seek medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was deemed a total loss. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 100,000.
The driver sustained a head injury when hitting her head on the driver-side door window and sought medical attention at the hospital. The vehicle was not drivable. A police report was filed. The insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss. The vehicle was towed to towing to the insurance lot.

Before placing the vehicle in motion I noticed the skid and parking brake lights were both on. I then checked the parking brake and it was in the release position (up). I put the vehicle into motion and both lights remained on. At approx. 7:45 pm I was driving cautiously on the highway at approx. 60 mph.
Shortly after purchase, the Check Engine warning light illuminated, leading the contact to replace the catalytic converter. Upon using a diagnostic code reader, the contact discovered that the estimated value of the vehicle was significantly less than the actual cost that was paid for the vehicle.
