We are trying to protect our children with all of these laws, even an adult can not ride in a car without a seat belt, but a motorcycle rider can ride without a helmet and he can even ride with his child. Are they above the law?

Rear tail light came off motorcycle and lodged in rear wheel at 65mph, 3 other complaints from same type motorcycle owners in quick survey. Harley davidson isn't even interested.
In a simple collision with a deer' I layed the motorcycle down "very hard" on it's right side,but due to the foot peg/rear brake pedal assembly being supported only by an aluminum sprocket case,the peg snaped off 'breaking my foot!
Engine stopped running while traveling.negative terminal was loose. This happened again on aug 5th 2014. Shouldnt the engine continue running with alternator or generator?
Tl* the contact owns a 2008 harley davidson sportster motorcycle. The contact was driving 40 mph when a noise emitted from the front fender. The contact noticed the steering column had struck the frame of the vehicle. The vehicle was hard to steer when the failure occurred.
