What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
The contact mentioned the seat belt did not retract. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was filed. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
Given the intensity of the collision and the resulting damage, I’m concerned that none of my airbags did not deploy, despite the damage being substantial. In light of this information and my vehicle being totaled loss, I have a few additional follow-up questions: 1.
When pulling into a parking space with foot on the brake the engine revs and surges forward. This has happened 2 times over the course of 2 years with out damage or personal injury. Twice in the last month.
The air bags did not deploy. The contact experienced back pain, dizziness, headache, and panic attacks. The contact received medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard and then to the dealer, where it was deemed totaled by the insurance company.
I was pulling into the garage pressed the brakes then released the brakes and the car abruptly went forward and hit the side of garage causing damage to the right side fender .I do have photos
Major front end damage the seatbelts didn't lock and the airbags did not deploy. The manufacture is not being responsible.the vehical currently has a product liability hold on it for inspection but it has not been inspected as of today.
No remedy for the already existing recall Turbo o ring wears out leaking oil Sensor issues front go off due to license plate cover While in n drive the car does not engage auto stop/start
The vehicle has experienced fuel-pressure related diagnostic trouble codes, loss of power, stalling, and limp mode. The fuel pressure sensor was replaced, but the same diagnostic codes and symptoms continued. The symptoms are consistent with the fuel delivery module/fuel pump defect described in NHTSA recall 25V586.
