Tl* the contact owns a 1998 buick century. While attempting to merge onto a highway she crashed into another vehicle. She was hospitalized for injuries. None of the air bag deployed. The failure and current mileages were unknown.
I bring in my tires for air pressure, and tell me " that the tires cracking".
The consumer stated that both frontal air bags did not deploy upon impact. The driver sustained minor injuries as a result. The consumer tried to avoid the accident but the steering wheel locked up and the vehicle shut off.
But yet it happened again, due to the brakes failing and now I was involved in an accident.
Consumer was involved in a 40 mph frontal collision in which driver's/passenger's air bags did not deploy. Cause unknown. Please give any further details.
Consumer was involved in a rear end collision and was forced into another vehicle in which neither driver or passenger side air bags deployed, causing injuries to both driver and passenger. Consumer has contacted the dealer. Dealer stated vehicle had over 5000 dollars worth of damage to the front end.
Investigator provided me with a copy of gm monthly newsletter issued 11/17/97 regarding power steering fluid leak from magnasteer acutator pigtail area for 1998 w,c,g &h body vehicles. The leak originates from the wiring harness for the magna steer actuator, causing vehicle to oversteer.
My vehicle's window controls and lock controls are no longer working, when locking the door or the window will go down but will not come up. The rest of the windows control throughout the car will not work as well. The lighting in the car flickers if you would push the lot or the window control.
