Hood came thru windshield, drivers airbag deployed late, causing driver to hit windshield, hood, pillar and window.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision with a guard rail and neither air bag deployed. Manufacturer was notified. Feel free to provide any further information.
In accident 12:00 at 50mph driver's air bag did not deploy.
Windshield wiper motor connecting arm disconnected while driving. Wiper failure resulted.
In the middle of heavy rush hour traffic, my drivers seat back fell back. I had to clutch the steering wheel to stay upright and traveled to another lane but luckily did not hit another vehicle.
Consumer received nhtsa recall campaign 99v215000; daimler chrysler issued an engine cradle recall. This vehicle was not included due to vin but had the control arm bracket come off the engine cradle.
I later learned that eagles were known for transmission failure-my transmission went again on 2/13/04 costing me $810, I would like to file a claim against the company as I feel the whole system is defective and fear I will be putting in another transmission within the next year as I have been doing.
The consumer's baby seat wasn't properly installed. When anchored by the lap/shoulder belt tightly, the seat leans to the side and work itself out of position when taking the baby in/out of the seat. Scc
