What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
Dual pane window seals rupture and dual pane windows become foggy and stained making visibilty terrible and unsafe. Especially can't see your mirrors. According to forums it appears to be a very common problem among fleetwood products.
Low def warning, followed by very low def warning when def tank was 3/4 full. Cut off engine power and placed me in a dangerous situation on the interstate
Especially in rainy circumstances and when there are flies and bugs on the screen. Using the windscreen washer makes it even worse because the wiper is doing a poor job. The wiper blades are once replaced by the dealer but it does not make sense at all.
The windows on the motorcoach are double pane and or foggy on the inside. It is a definite safety hazard, especially the windows on the driver and passenger side. It is difficult to see the rearview mirrors with the foggy windows.
My fridge does not work at times; it will not turn on. I found a remedy on youtube, to take a magnet and go back and forth over the kit and you can hear a click and it works again. This has happened about four times.
While driving various speeds, the driver and passenger side windows retained moisture and caused a glare due to the sunlight. The failure occurred constantly. The motor home was not diagnosed nor repaired. The defogger feature failed to rectify the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
