Truck starts violently shaking and hard to control after hitting bumps and have to come to almost a complete stop to make it stop
Sudden acceleration while sitting at a stop sign with foot on break pedal.check for codes no codes. Took to ford for check out, no problem found.
Had three tires michelin come apart within 30 days the tire dealers I went to told me they appeared to have failed due to a manufacturing defect. When the tires failed they caused other damage to the auto traction control system and tire pressure monitor.
Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ford e-350. While driving at an unknown speed, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the engine. The failure recurred five times. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that a spark plug was blown and needed to be replaced.
3 out of 5 tires from the same run delaminated and two of them blew out causing body damage to my van. First event happened in july of 2014 and last one happened in jan of 2015. One of the tires was noted to be delaminating while the tires were being examined and before in blew.
Last july one of my michelin tires (bejhfbxx4909) (ltx ms, lt225/75r16) delaminated then blew out before I could stop, sending rubber all over the road. After changing to my spare I stopped at the first tire place I could find (kearney, ne) and purchased a replacement.
