What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
Suddenly the dashboard screen went black and the car floored itself. The gas pedal went to the floor. It took a few seconds to realize what was going on. When the dashboard lit back up I was going over 100 mph. I quickly applied the brakes which disengaged it. It never happened again.
Driver attention warning "consider taking a break" too sensitive, too frequent and too random, happens every 7-15 minutes with loud beeps. Very annoying and distracting, and the feature cannot be turned off.
The entire instrument panel/cluster went out while driving. It did come back on after going totally black. We had no ability to see speed, fuel, or any cameras. This happened yesterday, May 13, 2025. We are trying to get an appointment at the dealership to address it.
