The battery kill switch, located on the top ofthe battery box, front curb side under body floor, would not stay wood screwed in place. Rhone's relocated to the back sheetmetal wall of the battery box. No warranty coverage.
Prepairing to travel north after our winter stay in south fl, we discovered that the body was seperating from the frame again. We could look into the gap and see that the elevator bolt heads that were to hold the unit togther had pulled through the base channel of the body frame structure.
Rear of trailer wandering on return trip from fl. Rear storage compartment dropping from body floor. Underbody belly pan wrinkled and distorted. Returned to rhone's 6/94. No comment on sway. Compartment drop & underbelly wrinkle "poor workmanship at factory". No corrections.
Upon arriving in san antonio, tx from md, we had a 3" gap between the trailer body and floor. We contacted hrc. They refered us to holiday world in houston, tx for investigation and repairs as may needed. At that time the cause was not known so any warraty coverage was in guestion.
Rear curb side tire blow-out on us rt15, williamsport, pa damaging fender. Called rhone's for road sevice. They changed tire and we returned to their shop where we purchased a new spare tire.( dot number: tire size: 15 )
Before leaving san antonio, tx for our appointment with holiday world of houston, we discovered a buldge in the curb side rear tire. We mounted the new spare (purchased from rhone's in sept.).
Tire failure: during tire rotation, we found a deep gouge on the inside tire wall, curbside rear. Gouging was caused by the shock bolt having not been removed after installation.
