What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
Tl contact owns a 2003 holiday rambler atlantis rv. Approximately two weeks ago, the contact noticed that the railing was unstable in the vehicle. His elderly aunt was using the railing to climb the steps and pulled the railing out of the wall. The vehicle sustained interior damage.
The contact stated that the passenger side stationary window contains moisture in between the glass. The failure prevents the driver of the vehicle from being able to see the mirror. The vehicle was inspected by a dealer who stated that the glass had a leak and should be replaced.
My 2002 holiday rambler 5th wheel is equipped with goodyear wrangler ht lt225/75r/16 "e" series tires which are date stamped february 2000. These tires have less than 2000 miles travel. On august 4th 2005 on a trip from burlington n.c.
Dad: 2001 holiday rambler endeavor diesel. When the vehicle was filled with diesel, it overflowed from under the rv. This happened five six times and again last week, there was not much lost at the filling station. When the vehicle was taken home,it was still leaking.
Dt: the two windows in the back and one on each side of the vehicle slid down out of the gaskets that held them in place. There was a quarter of an inch gap. Noticed this yesterday july 20, 2005. Contacted the dealership, they contacted manufacturer.
