What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 holiday rambler endeavor. The vehicle was equipped with goodyear, tire line: g159, tire size: 275/r70/r22.5, and dot number :(n/a) the contact stated that while driving at 65 mph, the front passenger side tire exploded without warning.
Both of my rear inboard tire valve stems are wearing on outboard wheel. Apparently there is a recall, but freightliner is claiming that my vin is not involved! I've contacted freightliner customer support and was told it may be covered under warranty, but this recall needs to expand out!
The consumer states the front tires on motor home blew out. These tires had 30,000 miles on them. He replaced the tires, and approximately 30 miles down the road there was another blowout. The consumer found that the valve stem on the wheels hit the rotor and caused a pin hole in the tire.
The heating system on vehicle failed repeatedly. Has taken to service stations several times and still no remedy.
