I,, was at the intersection of i35 and schertz parkway, in schertz. When the light changed, I saw no vehicles entering into y lane, so I proceeded to cross the intersection. I felt a big hit, and at first I couldnot figure out what had happened. Ifelt my face bleeding and hurting.
Sudden spontaneous acceleration of motor vehicle I am the son of the owners of the mercedes in question. In february 2010, my mother experienced an accident while driving this vehicle. She was pulling up to a parking space.
Vehicle was hit in a frontal collision at 70 mph in which driver's side/ passenger's side air bags did not deploy. However, air bag system indicated that all air bags did inflate or deployed. Please give any further details.
The contact stated that the brake warning light was illuminated. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
The car has until 2020 been almost exclusively serviced by Mercedes Benz in Fort Washington / PA where at the crfax report one can see that the radio, ECU have been meddled with before at this service location.
This vehicle stops dead in the road while driving and will not restart until it sits several minutes or more. It does not do this every time it is driven but this is very dangerous. After doing research, we find this is a common problem with this model, as well as a few other models of mercedes.
