What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
The contact stated that there was an internal failure with the fuel pump. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic who diagnosed that the fuel pump module needed to be replaced. The vin was not included in nhtsa campaign numbers: 09v419000 (fuel system, gasoline) and 12v459000 (fuel system, gasoline).
I believe the seal between the fuel tank and the fuel pump is leaking. It appears to be the same problem with the saturn ion (recall number 12v459000).
While driving 15 mph, the brake pedal was depressed and the vehicle jerked. The braking distance increased and the service esc, service traction, and service vehicle warning lights illuminated. The failure recurred on numerous occasions.
I keep receiving a code p1a6f, p1a92 my car keeps cutting off and coming back on loss of power loss of fuel.
When the cruise control disengages or refuses to engage, the brake lights come on without applying the brake pedal. When the brake pedal is depressed, the brake lights go out. If is only a matter of time before I get rear-ended.
