The airbag light had been going on and off for quite some time but I had no idea that meant neither of them was operational. Thank goodness no one was injured but what a horrible turn out this could have had. Definitely a safety hazard!
"takata recall" - airbag warning light indicator on instrument panel lights up randomly. This has been occurring for the past year. It will stay lit for a day, but the next day it will be out. Some days it will stay lit for 20 minutes or so then turn off.

The hub and bearing assembly wiring melted, which caused the check engine warning light to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to three dealers where it was diagnosed that all parts needed to be replaced, the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
Passenger side airbag light comes on- took to shop- they said there is a problem with airbag and seat warmer connections- airbag light sometimes goes off when seat warmer is on... But after a few minutes the light comes back on.
The brake light came on. The traction control system came on. The (abs) light came on. The check engine light came on. The oil pressure light came on. I drove my car from fresno to yosemite and right in front of the park garage it broke down and I managed to roll it off the road and into a stall.
The contact stated that the vehicle stalled without warning multiple times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the throttle body, battery, cables, and battery fuse box needed to be replaced.
Check engine light came on. Mechanic advised I needed a new battery. Purchased a new battery and check engine light is still on. My hybrid system is not kicking in.
