What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
After purchasing used Thor Four Winds 31Y with 1095 miles on the odometer from Albany Rv, Albany NY in April 2021, the air bag system began to stay constantly on (illuminated). The dealer refused to address the issue.
The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 mph, the rear driver's side window detached from the rv without impact. The contact stated they were able to preserve the window due to the locks on the window remaining latched, preventing the window from totally detaching from the rv.
