We pulled the door latch (manufactured by trimark corp) to exit but the door would not open. The plunger would not retract from the lock position. Eventually we were able to use a kitchen knife as a screwdriver (since our tools are kept outside of the motor coach) to remove the inside door handle assembly.
The contact stated that the rv was taken to the lacey days dealer in tampa, florida for scheduled maintenance and the main door would not open. The service technician had to crawl through one of the windows to enter the rv. The inside plate was removed, but the door could not be opened.
Wipers aren't aligned properly. During use they bump into each other causing them to lock up. Multiple trips to dealer to fix hasn't improved problem. Dealer says it is a known issue with thor affecting multiple models but nothing has been done to correct the problem, which seems to be in the design of the wiper arm…
