Attaching hardware failed causing the loss of the left operators foot peg.
While riding my triumph bonneville t100, my left foot peg broke as I stood on it to give myself support crossing over a rail road track. After further inspection, the bolt holding the peg to the bike was cut clean off.
Last august (2008) and again this july (2009), the same spoke has broken on my 2006 triumph bonneville. The first time, the spoke punctured the tube causing the tire to go flat while riding. Luckily I was in a parking lot when this happened. The bike had approximately 9000 miles on it at the time.
2006 triumph bonneville t-100 (motorcycle) clutch cable melted outer portion where it made contact with exhaust pipe. Retaining clip which attaches to frame; clutch cable runs through it, was missing. Replace retaining clip and entire clutch cable.
