Volvo had an over the air update for all cars with the Google UI. Recently my speakers and other electrical components have been having issues. I took the car to the dealership for evaluation since it's under warranty. The dealer said the issue is a known software issue that started a couple months ago.
The infotainment will randomly overheat and a system warning will come on that begins cooling the cluster by turning on the air vents. I have taken the vehicle to Volvo several times to address the issue and they do a software update but the problem returns within a few weeks.
