On [XXX], the vehicles safety systems (emergency braking, cross traffic warning, forward collision warning) failed to function allowing the vehicle to hit a cross traffic vehicle in a parking lot.
Purchased new 2022 Audi e-tron GT RS vehicle from Audi on September 30, 2022. The car was shipped directly to arrived at home on October 12, 2022. always had his vehicle serviced at Audi. Almost immediately after purchase, began to have issues with the vehicle.
If the vehicle is left outside in the sun, the backup camera and/or side cameras stop working. It happens very often, but itâs unpredictable. Because if very bad read visibility, reversing in this car is impossible without the backup camera.
During normal driving one day, I noticed a loud thump noise, but the car did not go over any potholes or hit anything of the sort which led me to be confused. So I pulled over to a nearby parking lot to see what was going on. I later then saw some error messages about the air suspension.
I have had multiple instances of brake failure while driving this car and it is to a point where I've been directed by my attorney to not drive the vehicle anymore. First instance of possible serious injury or death occurred on 1/15/2024: I brought the vehicle in [dealer] City because the brakes did not feel reliable.
The vehicle randomly switches from Drive to park at Stoplights without any driver input.
