What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
The airbag light stays on, the horn does not work and cruise control does not work. I understand this is a defective part with over 125,000 replacement items sold and a $250 repair. Chrysler should cover the cost of this repair.
There are 2 pneumatic cylinders that hold the rear hatch door in the open (lifted) position. Recently, the bolt that secures one end of it to the vehicle broke and the door fell and hit me on the shoulders ( it is quite heavy).
Emergency brake seemed to work properly at first, then it would not hold even on level ground.
When owners complained
