What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
The contact stated that after crashing into the brick wall, the seat belt became unlatched. There were no warning lights illuminated. The driver sustained injuries to the wrist, which had struck the steering wheel, and the left hand which struck the door on impact.
Unknown Tire pressure warning light, it started January 2023 The dealer also replaced the tire pressure sensor.
Wine noise from rear axle at 45 mph to 65 mph bought car [xxx] returned with car [xxx] ... Dean in the service dept at east hills dodge said they heard the noise...but there is no fix for it ...I am concerned about the resale value of this car .
The engine makes a whining belt noise after coming to a stop at intersections, drive-through windows, and garages.
The driver's seat belt does not retract quickly on exit. It often flops outside the car and gets closed in the door.
Both sideview mirrors scratched easily even though I only use clean microfiber cloths to wash them. The scratches have gotten worse over time, and are starting to obstruct visibility.
