Magnum Energy Management System isnât working properly. While charging House Batteries when connected to 50amp shore power it goes to fault stating overtemp and shuts house appliances down. Also when my VIN# is searched I receive results stating itâs a 2008 Fleetwood Diesel Expedition.
Norcold issued a recall at the end of last year for over heating and fires. I have had this repair done twice and the refrigerator failed to work for the 3rd time today.
Upon inspection found smoke coming from the 12v fuse center. Opened door and center bolt was glowing and fuses were too hot to touch. Shut down 12v and the fuses cooled down. Turning power back on did not duplicate issue until the 12v accessories were turned on (lighting, fans etc.).
Excessive corrosion due to undetermined origin caused tank crimps to rust to the point of failure. Vehicle was kept excessively clean and dry. Crimps cannot be seen via normal walk around inspection. Entire radiator had to be replaced. 2. Transmission control module.
A norcold 1200 lrim refrigerator installed as original equipment in a 2003 fleetwood bounder 39l motorhome malfunctioned, caught fire, and destroyed the rv, caused substantial damage to the owner's home, and serious personal injuries (burns) to the owner.
Dual pane windows. Fogging windows, drivers side, passengers side, all windows on both sides subject to fogging problem. Normal use, over time they gradually began to form the fog making it impossible to see thru especially when sun shines on it.
