What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
All the double panes windows in the motorhome have fogged in between the glass and blocked vision. Most importantly we cannot see out of the drivers window to view the mirrors.
The contact also stated that the inside of the windshield was not sealed properly, which caused it to rust and the entire cradle was rusted. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vin was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 13,000.
Our driver's side window has fogged up to the point where you can not see the review mirror clear enough and has now become a safety issue. The windows are made by se-g1 and the replacement is very costly. We also have other windows starting to fog up and will need to be replaced.
Dt*: the contact stated while filling the motor home with diesel the fuel sprayed from the filler neck onto the vehicle and onto him. The manufacturer has been alerted. Updated 2/28/2006 -
We have a 04 revolution motorhome on a freightliner chassis with air brakes. With about 10,000 miles on it. I had to make a panic stop at about 45 miles an hour and after that the motorhome didn't seem to want to stop. Freightliner informed me that the brakes were glazed.
This a fleetwood rv,the problem is it will not take fuel from a normally used fuel nozzle found at truck stops. The only way I can fill the motor home with fuel, is to remove both filler caps (one on each side) which will allow fuel to go in with out over flowing onto the pavement.
Dt: contact stated the electric shade fell off of 2004 fleetwood coach and hurt his hand. This happened on august 24, 2005. As he was straightening out in the road there was a rock that struck the luggage compartment doors. The rock damaged the underneath of the door.
When driving at any speed consumer noticed a noise coming from the front door, and then front door opened. This caused great concern to the consumer. She had spoken with the dealership about this issue. However, dealership will not assist the consumer at this time.
