Semi-annual inspection showed a crack in the frame rail that started in a thin area of the frame flange. This crack is just behind the left cab mount on the left frame rail. The crack extends completely through the flange and approximately 1 1/2" up the side of the frame rail.

Been getting burning eyes, headaches, blurred vision,muscle aches, can smell fumes coming into cab, about 4 hours into driving get very sleepy, this should not be going on. Been in this truck for 6 months. Spitting up a lot of flem, sinus problems pasr normal, never had these problems before.
