What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
During the incident, the air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained bruising of the chest and hip areas and pulmonary heart bruising due to the seatbelt restraints. Medical treatment was later administered. A police report was taken at the scene. The vehicle was destroyed and towed away.
The jerking of this has caused me to get in an accident June 2020 while moving to a new duty station. It was raining and there were no other cars on this highway thankfully. It was scary and I was even going below the speed limit. This caused my car to become nearly uncontrollable.
The air bags did not deploy which resulted in the contact sustaining soreness in their body and they sought medical treatment. The contact stated no warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot and a report was taken. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure.
Diagnostic codes U3000 (multipurpose camera internal failure) and U0416 (vehicle stability/VSA data fault) are present, with multiple driver-assistance warning lights illuminated.
There is no warning light before it happens. This has stranded me at intersections and in traffic, creating a serious risk of being struck from behind. The condition matches NHTSA's open Engineering Analysis EA25004 and the defect at issue in the In re Honda Idle Stop Litigation settlement, both concerning 2019…
The vehicle was taken to the local dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 26V365000 (Structure, Suspension). After retrieving the vehicle, while driving 60 MPH, there was an abnormal sound coming from the vehicle.
Automobile warnings include: "Audio is Turned OFF" "Network Communication Lost" "MOST Net Off" Loss of all audio, screen, and backup camera. Most common when starting the car or hitting imperfections along any roadway.
The contact stated that the infotainment system screen intermittently turned off while driving approximately 65-80 MPH. The messages "Network Communication Lost" and "Most Net Off" were displayed.
