The brake, fuel, and check engine warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the fuel tank flange needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The dealer stated that fuel was leaking in the front of vehicle near the engine.
The contact stated that while driving 65 MPH, the vehicle started leaking oil. The vehicle then lost motive power. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
