What owners report

My parents involved to an accident, my mom's head and my dad's rips and neck get injured( send to hospital with the police report). We believe that the airbags should deployed.
Car totalled. Went into tree did not stop snow/ice condition. Brakes did not respond.
Lexus issued a recall on fuel pressure sensor. The vehicle was taken to dealership to remedy the issue. The recalled part failed again. Lexus refused to fix the defective part.
The contact stated while starting the vehicle, the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the catalytic converter had failed and needed to be replaced due to a fuel leak. The contact was advised to contact the dealer for assistance.
While I was driving at the end of traffic (Light just turned green), when my sunroof (Glass) exploded. Was a very loud bang, glass fell all over the center console, driver side (On my arm, hair) and passenger side. Luckily I was the only one in the car.
The replacement of my defective airbag is taking far too long. Lexus offered to give us an economy size rental car but, that is not large enough for my family so I have continued to drive my unsafe car. Lexus has not given us any indication as to when the replacement will be made.
When the brakes are applied while in drive the rpms randomly increase from 500 to 1000 and the car inches up unless I apply more pressure on the brakes. This is usually noticeable while I am in the drive-thru at fast food restaurants while waiting in line. While waiting for 5 or so minutes it usually occurs 2-3 times.
