What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
I was driving my 2025 Mercedes EQB home after work August 11, 2026 and reached the end of my cul de sac, slowly turning left into my carport. As the front tires reached the sidewalk the car suddenly accelerated at extremely shocking high speed heading straight towards another car parked in there and the front wall.
Additionally, a couple weeks ago, my entire screen (speedometer, maps, etc) went blank while driving. I believe there was an electric "pop" right as this happened. The screen rebooted and came back after about a minute, but then it happened again on the same drive within a couple minutes.
