Retracring of seatbelt failed causing seatbelt to retain slack once cliped. Then causing seatbelt to not fit tightly against passengers.
Has about a little over 77k miles on it and ever since I got it, when it only had 25k miles on it, the seat belt has never really retracted properly and always has slack in it if pulled on.

Drivers side seat belt does not retract properly. It will stick in the extended position and not snug against the shoulder.
