My backup camera one two separate occasions has not operated properly. First time it never showed a vehicle had come up behind me. Didn’t go off with any notice. I backed into a car. The air bags did not deploy. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

After restarting, and in drive at the stop sign, the vehicle accelerated on its own with my foot on the break, I jammed the breaks and the engine again quit. In this fashion, I returned the vehicle to my property and then had it towed to Palm Coast Ford: [XXX], s [XXX].

I drove approximately 15 minutes to work and still had no heat. I subsequently inspected the coolant reservoir and found the coolant level to be extremely low. I added approximately one-half gallon of the correct 50/50 coolant.
The contact stated that the vehicle occasionally hesitated while accelerating. The dealer was contacted and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
