The contact stated while driving at 40 mph, the brakes failed to engage causing the vehicle to crash into another vehicle. The contact sustained a sore neck, hip, and back that did not require medical attention. A police report was filed. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated before the crash.
The wiring caught on fire, causing the electrical brakes to lock. The trailer and the vehicle 2004 gmc, yukon flipped over. The brake wires were exposed because there was no protective covering on them. Consumer was driving at 60 mph when this occurred. There were no other vehicles damaged.

I setup my camper and turn the hot water heater on using the propane setting. I left the camper and came back and could smell something hot/burning inside the camper. I looked at the rubber propane line connected to the hot water heater was on fire. I opened the cover to the hot water heater and blew the flame out.
