The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained injuries to her left side, arm, neck, and back, and medical attention was provided. A police report was filed. There was no reported fire. The contact stated that after a routine maintenance, the “Service Required” warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken back to the local dealer who was unable to reset the warning light. The vehicle was diagnosed that the computer in the back of the radio needed to be replaced.
My TWO WEEK OLD 2023 Genesis G80, which has less than 1000 miles on it, lost all motive power (i.e. power to the engine) after driving for approximately four hours. We were sitting in stop-and-go-traffic on the George Washington Bridge in New York, with the engine off (because of the vehicle's auto-off function).
