What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
I got into a car accident in 08/28/25 @8:30pm and on impact I was going about 50-55mph and not a single one of my air bags came out. I also know that there are no recalls on my vehicle for air bags.
The air bags did not deploy upon impact; as a result, the contact hit her face on the steering wheel. The contact was taken to the hospital where she was treated for the pain in her back, face, and both shoulders. A police report was filed.
My 2019 I got reimbursed on it had white smoke and ended up burning out another $1000 of electronics that I did NOT get reimbursed for. It's one of those things Idk if they can detect it until it breaks or not.
I am concerned that a possible safety issue, such as brake failure, with the brake system has gone unrepaired for the past two months. Issues: 1. There is an obvious safety problem with the brakes. 2. The dealer, Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis are not able to repair this problem.
