What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
After getting a new set of tires put on my motorcycle, I noticed that there is a wobble that starts when I decelerate anywhere between 40 and 50 mph with no braking and in a straight line. I have had the bike back to a dealership and the mechanic that installed the tires. The front tire was balanced, then replaced.
What to check before buying
- Steering. Steering play, power assist, rack and tie rods after a wheel impact.
- Wheels. Wheel runout, cracks, signs of a wheel strike.
