What owners report

The vehicle failed to start. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The owner changed the spark plugs. The contact called circle infiniti (300 nj-36, west long branch, [ZIP], [phone]) however, the vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
Takata air bag recall we received a safety recall 16v-349 around august 1, 2016. Contacted local infiniti dealer and they have not received the replacement. Could expect it in 4 to 6 weeks. Expected time came and went and we were told it would be another month to 6 weeks.
Tl* takata recall. The contact owns a 2008 infiniti m45. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v349000 (air bags). The part needed to repair the vehicle was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
Sitting at a light the first time and the engine stalled out in idle mode. The 2nd timein the same day I was driving in the neigborhood and going maybe 15miles per hour and the car turned off with no warning or reason.
While driving east (uphill) on I-90 from seattle toward snoqualmie pass, my car suddenly and unexpectedly veered into the adjacent lane, literally tearing/turning the steering wheel out of my hands. I pulled off the freeway to let my heart rate slow down.
