So this makes two front end collisions & the air bags never deployed. In fact she had another accident in sept 2003 where a car went through a red light and hit her,but that was a side impact & again this air bag did not deploy.
Dt*: the contact stated that the vehicle's airbags did not deploy after hitting an embankment and flipping over on its top. The vehicle was traveling 55 mph when the vehicle was swerved to avoid hitting a deer, which caused the contact to lose control of the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy.
While driving at 45 mph vehicle stalled. This caused the loss of steering and brakes. As result, consumer was involved a collision, where the vehicle was totaled. Dealer notified.
The car would stall without warning one time leaving me in the middle of a busy intersection. This time on a slight hill I sat stalled with hazard lights & headlights on but got rear ended by a motorist traveling 50 mph. Had problem looked at & thought it was repaired but happened again. Car is now totaled.
The car has stalled on me 3 times while driving. The first time the vehicle stalled going up a driveway with the gas pedal pushed in. The second time the car was taveling at 20 mph turning a corner when vehicle stalled. 3rd time vehicle stalled at 5 mph with foot pressed on gas pedal.
The contact stated that the battery failed and multiple warning indicators, including the check engine indicator, illuminated. The vehicle was taken to several independent mechanics to have the battery replaced. After multiple incorrect diagnostics, it was determined that the battery cable routing was defective.
While driving 15 mph, the headlights failed without warning. In addition, the windows and sun roof independently rolled down. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
