What owners report

While I was rolling I tried to get it to re-fire by pulling the choke. After coming to a stop I tried to restart it. I could smell fuel fumes. I thought I had flooded the engine. I waited a few minutes and tried to restart it. It would not restart. I got off to push it off the road.
Dt: when down shifting or coming to stop the motorcycle stalled, and consumer heard a thump just before it died. When this happened the rear wheel locked up even though was holding the clutch in. Consumer took vehicle to a dealer and they could not duplicate or find a cause of the problem.
Suzuki, model 1500lc motorcycle 'jumping out of gear" into a false neutral between 4th and 5th gear. It happens frequently to myself and many others who own this model motorcycle. This is a very dangerous situation. One is typically at highway speed during the transmission failure.
2000 suzuki intruder motorcycle - transmission slips out of gear when accelerating. Also there is a false neutral between 3rd and 4th. This is a well known issue with owners of this bike, but suzuki refuses to acknowledge
Fuel leaked out of the top of the gas tank while in idle and driving. Suzuki vz800 2000 motorcycle.
When under acceleration in second gear, and the engine revs approach 9000 rpm, the bike "skips" as if the chain is skipping on the sprocket. Upon tightening chain problem still persists. Took it to the dealer and suzuki claims to do a "good will one time fix".
I have been told that there is a recall for this problem, but suzuki has provided no notification or repair. No safety defect listed.
Model gz250, side view mirrors which are made of cheap plastic vibrate excessivley, and do not stay tight in position, causing poor visibility . Consumer could not see when going at highway speeds which could have caused an accident.
