What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
In an accident where car collided with a concrete barrier on the highway at high speed, front drivers side, airbags did not deploy. Vehicle is available as of now, problem has not been reproduced, insurance representatives totaled the car but did not check the airbags, no warning lights or symptoms prior.
The air bags did not deploy. There was no injury sustained. No police report was filed. The contact was able to drive to the residence. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the recall inspection for NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V391000(Service Brakes, Hydraulic) was performed, and the dealer informed the contact…
Seatbelt alarm sporadically goes off on second row passenger seat, causing a great distraction for driver, assuming a child has unbuckled seat belt, when in truth, they have remained securely buckled. Has been inspected by Honda service and we have a quote for right at $400 for seat buckle replacement.
The vehicle battery will die and then 10+ error codes come up. After battery is recharged the codes disappear. No difficulty with turnover after that. The vehicle has also turned off after coming to a complete stop even when the idle option is unselected.
The contact stated that while operating the vehicle with the second-row passenger’s side seat occupied and the seat belt buckled, there was an audible chime indicating that the seat belt was not securely buckled. The cause of the failure was not yet determined.
Including brakes, power steering and several more flashed quickly. Power steering failed and I could not turn my wheel. It told me to not drive and see a dealer. Luckily I was in traffic and it was moving slow. I was able to turn my car off and back on and all the senor systems cleared.
As I accelerated to gain speed, and the vehicle halted down to stop, all sensor warning systems started to light up on the dashboard: Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency braking, Lane Departure Warning, Parking Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assistance -- all sensors flashing simultaneously.
The second-row seat belt sensor chimes persistently whenever the seat is occupied although the seat belt is buckled properly. Currently the only seat belt affected is the one directly behind the front passenger seat.
